Ingredients (Makes 15 Brownies)
1 cup Plain Flour
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
200g Dark Chocolate
100g Milk Chocolate
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup T-Bone Choc-Milk Stout
Extra for top - 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate - Chopped
Preheat oven to 180oC (Fan Forced). Line an approximately 25cm x 20cm baking tray.
Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler and set aside.
Beat eggs and sugar together until light and creamy.
Beat in melted chocolate mixture. Then fold in the flour, cocoa and salt.
Whisk in the stout. The batter will appear quite thin.
Pour into tin and top with extra chocolate.
Bake for 25-30mins. Remove from tray and allow to cool.
