How do I become a Tasmanian Wine Club member?

Easy! Go to our Shop page and purchase one of the packs we put together and ship to your door every six months. Once you purchase a pack you are automatically registered as a Tasmanian Wine Club member.

How do I stop my membership?

Contact info@tasmanianwineclub.com.au at any time up to a week before your regular shipment to cancel your membership.

Can I rejoin at any time?

Yes, you can rejoin at anytime.

How do I know when the money will be taken from my credit/debit card?

Your payment will be debited from your card at the point of sale. 

How do I update my credit card details

We don't keep your credit card details on our site for security reasons. When you purchase a wine pack you'll be asked to enter your payment details each time.


How do I know my personal details, including credit card information are safe?

Please see our Privacy Policy for further details on how we handle personal information.  As we use the Shopify's Stripe payment gateway system, we don’t see any of your credit card information.  Please visit Stripe website at https://stripe.com/au for information on how they safeguard your credit card details.

What if I like a wine and want to buy more?

Additional wine can be purchased when available through the Shop section on our website.
