Returns and Claims

Claims for broken or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  Requests for returns for credit or exchange must be made within seven days. A tax invoice will be supplied if requested.

Tasmanian Wine Club uses Fastway Couriers deliver your goods. This service requires a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you choose to have the goods delivered to your home and you are out when the delivery is attempted, a card will be placed in your letterbox that will refer you to your local post office to collect the goods. The post office keeps your parcel for a maximum of 14 days. Delivery can take up to 14 days or 10 working days, but this time frame can be shorter depending on the overall pressure on the delivery network at that particular time, and how close you are to the major cities.
